You should agree the below stated Terms and Conditions if you try to use or purchase any of the products and services of Tarjamah.ae

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All other services except Registration service & Commission known as extra services and Tarjamah.ae Has the sole authority to make changes from time to time in the form and nature of the extra services provided by it to you without any prior notice.Tarjamah.ae may stop temporarily or permanently Any of the extra services or any features within the extra services provided to its users without issuing any prior notice.Tarjamah.ae also have the full right to create limits on the use and storage of these extra services.
  • These services may also be in the nature of advertisements targeted on the content or information on the services which may be changed by Tarjamah.ae You agree with Tarjamah.ae that you grant all the rights to Tarjamah.ae to place such advertisements on the services connected to the contents or information presented by you or others.
  • You should agree that any services provided by Tarjamah.ae should be used solely for your own internal and personal purposes.   • The Normal user is required to give full information about the scope of work or requirements. In case of giving accurate pricing, Translators may request to share documents. At that time normal user can share the document to translator. At that time both party accept electronic NDA. Normal user can set the right for view only , download for translators for their documents.
  • ) For making the services of the Translators more useful, the client has to give permissions and approvals as promptly as possible.
  • The client should obtain any land surveyor soil studied from the necessary authorities.

FURTHER RIGHTS OF US

  • Tarjamah.ae has the full right to remove or reject to publish any content or services provided on the Site.
  • Tarjamah.ae has the sole authority to remove, modify or reject any User content if it violates the applicable laws.
  • Tarjamah.ae reserves the right to impose penalties against the Members, or remove or cancel the members account if he violates any privacy policy, terms and conditions, and IPR and Product listing policy relating to the concerned products and services offered by Tarjamah.ae

MARKETPLACE TRANSLATORS

Customers trust that they can always order with confidence on Tarjamah.ae . Services offered for sale on the website must be authentic and must not include any copyrighted or trademarked material without consent of the original rights owner. The sale of counterfeit products, including any products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured, is strictly prohibited. If an infringing product or listing is discovered on Tarjamah.ae , the product will be removed and the Translator will be subject to being permanently banned from selling on the site, their funds may be withheld, and further legal may be pursued by Tarjamah.ae and the legal rights owner of the infringing material.

When a Normal User accepts a bid or chooses a translator then customer has to pay the amount which a translator has been given. Once Tarjamah.ae receives the payment then Tarjamah.ae will send orders to Translator. It is Translator responsibility to keep the KPI by fulfilling the services which offered through bid to those customers. Delivery time, quality and Delivery method are the three concerns which Tarjamah.ae will look for when a Translator fulfil each order. Once an order delivered to customer then Tarjamah.ae will give 2 days to Normal customer in order to raise any complaint regarding that order. If Normal user hasn’t raised any complaints then Tarjamah.ae will consider it as a sale and will transfer sale amount after deducting agreed referral fee to Translator. If customer raises any complaint then Tarjamah.ae will initially inspect the complaint and will pass to translator whom fulfilled that customer order. Tarjamah.ae will hold sale amount till translator resolve normal user complaint. Once raised complaint resolved and Tarjamah.ae get confirmation from translator and Normal user then Tarjamah.ae will consider it as sale and will transfer sale amount after deducting agreed referral fee to Translator. If translator inform to Tarjamah.ae to cancel the order and refund to customer then Tarjamah.ae will refund that amount to customer (procedure and time duration up to the bank).If complaint cannot be resolve by normal user and translator within 15 days after complaint generation then Tarjamah.ae‘s decision will be final. In case a dispute arises, Abu dhabi concerned courts shall have jurisdiction and shall issue its judgment as per the UAE applicable laws.

RETURN POLICY FOR TRANSLATORS

Tarjamah.ae charges two types of fees from Translators. 1. Subscription fee 2. Referral fees.

One month trial period is given to the Translators who are interested in trying our services. After finishing free trial to translator has to subscribe for membership with Tarjamah.ae in order to show their profile in Tarjamah.ae as well as to get translation tasks from Tarjamah.ae customers. Tarjamah.ae will send invoices for subscription fee to translators. If any translator wishes to cancel subscription then they have to inform tarjamah.ae before 30 days of their cancellation.

If a Translator is not subscribing with Tarjamah.ae then Translator account will be deactivated until Translator subscribe with Tarjamah.ae . Translator has to renew subscription yearly in order to continue membership. If Translator is not renewing subscription, then after date of expiry, the Translator account will be deactivated. Tarjamah.ae will be held deactivated accounts for 15 days by that time Translator has to renew their subscription and activate their account. After 15 days Tarjamah.ae have authority to delete Translator account from Tarjamah.ae permanently. Once a Translator account permanently deleted from Tarjamah.ae then all the information stored in that account will be deleted. In case Translator is not wishing to renew subscription then it is Translator responsibility to take back up all the information with their subscribed account with Tarjamah.ae .

Translator pay a referral fee on each order getting through Tarjamah.ae. For all orders, Tarjamah.ae deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price, including any taxes calculated through Tarjamah.ae VAT calculation services. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer, including the order price and any delivery charges. Referral fees vary by orders. Tarjamah.ae deposits payment into Translator bank account at regular intervals and notifies Translator that their payment has been sent.

Once subscribed, Tarjamah.ae is not providing any refunding if Tarjamah.ae website is functional. If Tarjamah.ae decides to shutting down the website or stop the functioning permanently then Tarjamah.ae will give 3 month notice to the all subscribed Translators and for the months which remaining under subscription will be calculated and a refund will be provided. Calculation for refund will be as follows, subscription charge for one year divide by 12 and multiple by remaining months. Please note, every case is subject to evaluation by the underwriting department of Tarjamah.ae

RETURN POLICY FOR NORMAL USERS

Once a Normal user accepts any bid or proposal received for their translation tasks, Tarjamah.ae will redirect to user to payment gateway. Normal user has to pay amount according to the accepted bid in order to place the Order. Once Translator fulfils the order, then it is normal user responsibility to make sure the translation task has done according to the proposal from translator or not. Tarjamah.ae will give 2 days for Normal user as return time. If customer has any complaint then they can directly call to Tarjamah.ae customer care or directly to +971506696818 and raise their complaint. If customer raises any complaint then Tarjamah.ae will initially inspect the complaint and will pass to translator whom fulfilled that customer order. Tarjamah.ae will hold sale amount till translator resolve normal user complaint. Once raised complaint resolved and Tarjamah.ae get confirmation from translator and Normal user then Tarjamah.ae will consider it as sale. If translator inform to Tarjamah.ae to cancel the order and refund to customer then Tarjamah.ae will refund that amount to customer (procedure and time duration up to the bank).If complaint cannot be resolve by normal user and translator within 15 days after complaint generation then Tarjamah.ae‘s decision will be final. In case a dispute arises, Abu dhabi concerned courts shall have jurisdiction and shall issue its judgment as per the UAE applicable laws.

Once Sale confirmed (after 2 days return time) Tarjamah.ae is not providing any refunding if Tarjamah.ae website is functional. If Tarjamah.ae decides to shutting down the website or stop the functioning permanently then Tarjamah.ae will give 1 month notice to all the Normal Users Regarding shutting down and since the date of Notice Through Tarjamah.ae Normal users cannot place any new orders. Any pending disputes are going on then it will be taking care under Smart Line Technology L.L.C

ONLINE CARD PAYMENTS

Card payments are secure: Credit card/ Debit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. Smartline Technology LLC does not store in any way your credit card details. Confirmation:

  • If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
  • If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Tarjamah.ae will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details. If your payment fails, please contact info@Tarjamah.ae or telephone at+971 50 6696818 to arrange alternative payment methods. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Tarjamah.ae services and Internet resources.
  • If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Smartline Technology LLC services and Internet resources.
    Smartline Technology LLC will confirm your payment details via email.
    By using Smartline Technology LLC online credit card facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment.
